Peel Health Hub

GP down south are leading the development of the purpose built regional facility to co-locate and support the integration of services for youth in the Peel region.

The Peel Health Hub will be a one stop shop, comprehensive care model for youth health and wellbeing, involving a GP-supported model for improved mental, social and physical care. 

The Peel Health Hub will lead to systemic change in the delivery of complex care for young people. Improvement of access to services, enhancement of integration and collaboration between service providers at the Peel Health Hub will lead to improvements in health and wellbeing outcomes for youth, adults and families in the Peel region.
