A lease area survey is a survey of the lettable area of a property, office space or warehouse. It provides the necessary information to assist landlords when comprising lease agreements.

Our Land Development Team carry out the survey in compliance with the Property Council of Australia’s ‘Method of Measurement’ and can meet Landgate registration requirements.
