Lakelands Shopping Centre is under development due for completion in 2017.

Upon completion, Lakelands Shopping Centre will comprise a sub-regional convenience based centre anchored by a Coles supermarket, Kmart discount department store, an Aldi supermarket and Coles Express. The anchor tenants will be complemented in the future by a proposed child care facility, restaurant and 38 specialty food and service stores.

The eight hectare shopping centre will be the focal point of the Lakelands Town Centre  bordered by Banksiadale Gate Road, Badgerup Avenue and Mandurah Road  a new social hub, providing a vibrant mix of retail, entertainment, community and residential offerings.
