The 3.3ha site is located approximately 37 kilometres north of the Perth CBD and approximately 15 kilometres north-west of the Joondalup Strategic Regional Centre.

Butler boasts having one of Australia’s fastest growing populations, which has been growing at a staggering 6%pa over the past few years, and is expected to be at circa 80,000 people by 2020.

The proposed development will comprise a large format retail centre providing over 13,300 sqm of gross lettable space in 19 separate tenancies with ancillary parking for 400 cars.

The new centre will benefit from the established seven day a week footfall to the location generated by the neighboring Butler Central Shopping Centre, which is anchored by a Woolworths Supermarket and a Dan Murphy Liquor Store, and the recently completed Butler Train Station.

The success of the precinct has been highlighted by the entry of several new high profile retailers into the location including Amart Furniture, Rebel Sports, Spud Shed and Spotlight all looking to capitalise on the growth in the area.

The completed development when integrated with the Butler Central Shopping Centre will combine to become the dominant retail destination in the Butler precinct with completion expected in mid to late 2021.
