Identification Surveys

An identification survey is similar to a boundary re-establishment survey; however no boundary corners are marked on the ground. It is a survey where more emphasis is on where features are in comparison to your land title boundary. As this is a legal survey, it can only be completed by a practising Licensed Surveyor.

Some clients request these to prove that any new constructed structures have been built are as per approved documentation or to prove ownership of any structures.
