Celebrating Our People: 2026 CK Maloney Surveying Annual Dinner & Awards Night
On Saturday night, the CK Maloney Surveying team swapped high visibility gear for smart casual attire as staff and their partners came together for our Annual Dinner & Awards Night at Public House Kitchen & Bar in Perth.
The event is one of the highlights of our calendar and provides an opportunity to step away from projects, deadlines and fieldwork to celebrate the people behind our success. Bringing together team members from across the business, it was a chance to catch up outside the workplace, reflect on the year and enjoy an evening of good food, great company and plenty of laughs.
A key highlight of the night was recognising the outstanding contributions of our people through our annual awards program. Surveyors from across our civil, engineering, construction, cadastral and spatial teams were acknowledged alongside emerging professionals and students who continue to demonstrate exceptional dedication, skill and growth in their roles.
The evening also provided an opportunity to recognise important tenure milestones, celebrating team members who have reached three and five years of service with the business. These milestones reflect not only commitment and loyalty, but also the strong relationships and shared journey that help shape our organisation.
One of the most meaningful moments of the night was acknowledging our administration team. While their work often happens behind the scenes, they are the people who keep the business running smoothly every day. From project support and client communication through to finance, compliance and operations, their efforts are critical to everything we do. It was wonderful to see their contribution recognised and celebrated alongside our technical teams.
As conversations flowed throughout the evening, one thing became clear. The culture we work hard to build at CK Maloney Surveying continues to be one of our greatest strengths. The energy in the room, the genuine connections between team members and partners, and the pride people felt in celebrating each other's achievements reflected exactly the kind of workplace we strive to create.
